Do you offer bespoke orders?

Regarding the hand sewn, handcrafted decorations section on the website please contact me I'm happy to work with you to design a bespoke item to your specific needs.

What is your turnaround time on handcrafted items?

The current turnaround time is stated on the home page and is updated regularly. This is the time it takes for me to make your order and have it ready to post after receiving cleared payment.

Please note: this does not mean you will receive the order in this time, however I will contact you directly should it be any longer. Occasionally I can make and post your order quicker than the current turnaround time, but that is just a bonus!

All other items on the website will be posted within 3 working days unless otherwise stated.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments through the website are handled securely through Wix payments and Paypal, where you can pay using a PayPal account or credit/debit card. If applicable, PayPal Pay in 3 is also available.

I also accept bank transfer. Please contact me if you would prefer to pay using this method.

What is your refund policy?

I aim to provide the best service and great quality products at all times, but understand there are rare occasions when refunds are required and I endeavour to action these quickly and efficiently for customers.

Handcrafted, personalised items are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware any refunds made against products purchased via PayPal will be minus the PayPal fees incurred as I am not able to re-coup that cost, and postage and return postage fees are not included in refunds made.
